Dear Oxford Families,

Every three to five years we create a new District Improvement Plan (DIP) for our students and schools. In order to best serve the needs of our community, we'd love for you to complete this survey.

Your feedback is essential in helping us ensure our students have access to an excellent education. The purpose of this survey is twofold:

1. To gauge our community's perspective on how well we are meeting the goals set forth in our 2023–2026 Strategic Plan for Success. 

2. To provide focus and priorities for our team as we are in the process of creating a new DIP for the next 3 years.

This survey should take between 5 -7 minutes to complete. All questions are multiple choice. The last three questions allow you to write in your own answer, if you choose. 

This survey is anonymous. All questions are optional. Feel free to skip questions that do not apply to you or your family. Middle and high school students will have the opportunity to take a student version of the survey in school soon as well.
